Damaged or defective books: If your book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Wrong item: If you received the wrong title, we'll cover return shipping and send the correct book.
Refunds: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
E-books: As e-books are delivered through Amazon Kindle, their returns are governed by Amazon's policy.
